Sunday Worship
We gather in our historical chapel to worship with choir, hymns, piano, and preaching. We celebrate communion the first Sunday of the month.
A Children's moment is offered early in the service, and then children are dismissed to Sunday School.

HOPE Preschool
At Hope Community Preschool, we believe that it is our role as educators to inspire young minds for learning, as well as surround young people with love and faith lessons. We look forward to meeting the families and children of Frederick County and surrounding areas that provides them with a strong foundation of learning.

Rev. Dionne Hall
It is with great joy and rejoicing that I answer “yes” to God’s call to serve as pastor of Mt. Carmel UMC – Frederick, MD. I am Rev. Dionne T. Hall: mother of four, Elder in the Baltimore – Washington Conference, mentor for women who are journeying toward ordination and pastoral ministry, former instructor for Cornerstone for Women Leaders courses at Hagerstown Community College, and former elementary school teacher and adjunct professor. However, above and through it all, I am a beloved daughter of God.
